The Chan Boulevard project in Tel Aviv spans an entire floor within a residential building. We created a terrace space of approximately 15 square meters within the apartment, where all old infrastructure was replaced with new ones such as electrical and plumbing. Our team implemented a new layout for the space according to an architectural plan.
